You tell us the problem. We ask questions until we understand the full scope. Not just what's broken, but why it matters and what a fix looks like.
We put together a clear scope of work: what we'll do, what we won't, how long it'll take, and what it'll cost. No open-ended engagements.
We do the work. We'll coordinate with any existing vendors or staff you have, and keep you updated throughout.
When we're done, we leave you with documentation. Configuration, decisions made, instructions, so you're not dependent on us to understand your own systems.
Setting up the tools your team works in, every day.
Your workplace tools shape how your team communicates, shares work, and gets things done. We set them up properly from the start, or clean up configurations that were done in a hurry.
Collaboration Platforms
Setting up and configuring email, chat, video, and file sharing for your team size and workflow. Includes user provisioning, permission structures, and policies. Done once, done right.
Device Management
Getting your laptops, phones, and tablets enrolled in a management platform so they're secure, patchable, and supportable. Includes encryption, remote wipe, and baseline policy enforcement.
Desktop as a Service
Cloud-hosted desktops that your team accesses from any device, anywhere. New hire ready in minutes. Contractor access that expires automatically. No more "I left my laptop at home."
Reduce your exposure. Meet your obligations. Know what you're dealing with.
Cyber Risk Assessment
A structured review of your attack surface: what an external attacker would see if they looked at you today. Covers technical exposure, people risks, and process gaps.
Compliance Readiness
Gap analysis against the framework your clients or industry require: SOC 2, ISO 27001, PIPEDA, or others. You find out exactly where you stand and what it takes to get there.
User Training & Awareness
Phishing simulations, security awareness training, and the policies your team needs to understand. Human error is the most common cause of incidents. This addresses that.
Cloud Security
Reviewing and hardening your cloud configuration. Misconfigured cloud environments are the leading cause of data breaches. We find the gaps before someone else does.
Device Security
Endpoint protection, patch management, disk encryption, and remote wipe across your device fleet. Covers Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android.
Identity & Access
Multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and least-privilege access policies. Controlling who can access what is foundational cybersecurity, and it's often the easiest win to implement.
The physical and cloud layer your business runs on.
Infrastructure work is less visible than the tools your team uses, but it's what everything runs on. We build it right, document it, and make sure you're not locked into a single vendor or a configuration only we understand.
Cloud Migration
Hands-on migration of workloads, data, and services to the cloud. We handle the technical lift, test before cutting over, and document the end state so you know exactly what you have.
Servers & Storage
On-premises server setup, virtualization, and storage for what needs to stay local. Includes configuration, documentation, and a maintenance plan so you're not calling us every six months.
Business Networking
Office network design and installation: wired infrastructure, wireless coverage, firewall configuration, and network segmentation. Fast for the team, locked down from the outside.
Backup & Recovery
Building and testing your backup systems so you know exactly what happens when something goes wrong. Includes recovery time objectives, test restores, and a written recovery runbook.
CCTV design and implementation for the physical layer most IT plans skip.
Digital security stops at the door. We design and install physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, and integrated monitoring, to close the gap between your IT cybersecurity posture and your physical premises.
Site Assessment & System Design
We survey your space, map blind spots, and design a camera layout around your actual threat model. You get a documented coverage plan and system design before a single cable is run.
CCTV Installation & Commissioning
End-to-end installation of IP cameras, NVRs, cabling, and power. We configure resolution, retention policy, and remote access fully, and hand the system over tested and documented.
Remote Monitoring & Access Integration
Connect your CCTV to cloud monitoring platforms with real-time alerts. We integrate cameras with electronic access control (key fobs, badge readers, and intercoms) for a complete physical security picture.
Deep in the platforms your business runs on.
These are the platforms we've written up in depth, not the full list. Most projects touch at least one of them, and plenty involve tools that aren't here: we work across far more technologies than we could sensibly list.
Running something that isn't listed? That's normal. Tell us what you're dealing with and we'll tell you honestly whether we know it well.
Questions we hear a lot.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Four areas: Digital Workplace (collaboration tools, device management), Cybersecurity (hands-on hardening), Infrastructure (networks and systems), and Physical Security (cameras and access control). If your problem doesn't fit neatly in one box, that's normal; most real projects touch more than one.
How does an engagement work?
Four steps: you brief us on the problem, we scope it (what we'll do, what we won't, how long, and what it costs), we execute, and we document. No open-ended engagements.
Do you work alongside our existing IT provider or team?
Yes, by design. We coordinate with whoever you already have, whether that's an internal person or another vendor, and keep you updated throughout. We're there to solve the problem, not to displace anyone.
What happens when the project ends?
You keep documentation: the configuration, the decisions made, and the instructions. The goal is that you're not dependent on us to understand your own systems. If you'd rather we keep running what we built, that's what our managed services are for.
What if we don't know exactly what the project should be yet?
Then start with advisory: that's the decide half. We'll help you figure out what actually needs doing and in what order, and the project scope falls out of that.
How do you price projects?
Fixed scope, stated up front, before work starts. You'll know what it costs and how long it takes when you approve the scope of work. If something we find mid-project genuinely changes the scope, we stop, explain what changed and what it means for the price, and wait for your approval before continuing.
Something was set up in a hurry by a previous provider. Can you fix it?
Yes, cleaning up rushed or undocumented configurations is a normal part of our work. We'll assess what's there, fix what needs fixing, and leave it documented this time.
Have a specific problem in mind?
We scope it for free.
Tell us what you're trying to solve. We'll tell you what it takes, what it costs, and whether it's something we're right for.
